United States First Lady Melania Trump has concluded her two-day visit to Kenya after arriving in Nairobi on Thursday night.
Mrs Trump spent two nights in Kenya, the longest stay in one country during her inaugural solo international tour of four African nations.
The plane carrying Melania departed Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) shortly after 8am on Saturday and was seen off by Kenyan First Lady Margaret Kenyatta.
She heads to Egypt on the final stretch of her African tour that saw her also visit Ghana and Malawi.
Her visit to Kenya ended after a packed Friday schedule that saw her visit a Wildlife Sanctuary in Nairobi National Park, a Children's Home and Kenya National Theatre, where she watched a performance by Sarakasi Dancers accompanied by Mrs Kenyatta.
She also held talks with her host First Lady Margaret Kenyatta at State House, Nairobi where they discussed matters touching on health and welfare of mothers and children.
Mrs Kenyatta runs Beyond Zero initiative while her US counterpart founded Be Best, an initiative that focuses on improving the welfare of children.
