Twin Girls Lose Dad in Tragic Accident in Seattle, Washington

By Mwakilishi

As Madison and Cheryl aged four (4) play around their home in Seattle Washington overly excited at all these people visiting each day and especially at the companyof other kids, nothing could prepare them to the reality that their dad and the rock of their home; the apple of their mom's eyes and sole-breadwinner of the home is no more. Not too far and surrounded by family, friends and well-wishers is their mother Mrs. Carole Kiliko still visibly in shock and completely devastated at the loss of her husband Chrispus Kiliko Musyoka (41).
Chris was involved in a fatal car accident on 1st March 2016 in Kent, Washington and perished at the scene. Those who knew him attest to the fact that he was a caring, loving father, husband and;  a humorous and generous friend to many. It is imperative to note that while asection of local media reporting the breakingnews of the accident alleged that Mr. Kiliko's van had veered into oncoming traffic, new eye witness information has come to light that counters the original narrative of the sequence of events. Investigative professionals are doing their work accordingly.
Regardless of the circumstances, it is indeed a shattering blow to this young family who were all set to visit Kenya this coming May 2016 and had been in a world of excitement just like any parents would be at the opportunity of introducing their young beautiful kids to their grandparents and other relatives back home. Without warning, Carole who as mentioned earlier was primarily a stay at home mom responsible for the twin's well being has been thrust to being a single parent of two young children and the new sole bread winner.
In a statement that was read on her behalf to friends and well-wishers meeting for daily prayers at her residence in Seattle, Carole Kiliko conveyed her appreciation stating that, "I am beyond words to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Kenyan community in Seattle and beyond for what they've done and continue to do for my family in terms of prayers, companionship and financial support at this time.  My daughters and I hold you all very dearly in our heart and wishes an abundance of God's blessings on each and everyone of you and your families."
On that note, the funeral organizing committee humbly requests for your prayers for this family and most importantly for your financial support in light of the huge burden of taking Chris home, purchasing air tickets for the family of three and a caregiver and also taking care of immediate and short-term needs that have been left on Carole shoulders.
