Urgent Appeal to raise funds to transport Loice Nzisa Nzioka’s body home to her family (No family in US)

The organizing committee for Loise Nzisa Nzioka funeral is appealing to all well wishers and friends to help raise the balance needed to send her body home to Kenya.

Please if you can help in any way, $20, 30, 50, anything is greatly appreciated.

We need to get together and help in this sad situation. From early June to now, Loise’s body has been laying ina morgue and the family is ago izing at home.

We are the link between her body and her family.

Lets come together in the spirit of Love and make this happen.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Loise Nzisa Nzioka which occurred as a result of a heart complication in New York U.S.A.

She was the daughter to Nzioka Kioko and Jane Nzioka. Sister to Kioko Nzioka, Joy Mumbua Ndunda & Josiah Nzioka. Sister in-law to Gedion Ndunda, Clementine Ngina and Naomi Josia

Loise passed away in New York sometime in early June 2015 and her body has been lying unclaimed in the mortuary since then. No one knew of her death until last week when the family in Kenya received a letter from an unknown person informing them of her death.

Loise has no family here in the USA and no known friends of hers, Kenyans or Americans have come forward to shed light as to what might have happened to her.

Ken Okemwa and his wife Agnes are helping her family in Kenya repatriate her body back home for a proper burial.
Agnes is a former colleague and friend of Jane Nzioka, who is the mother of the deceased.

A main fundraiser to raise money for funeral home expenses and to transport Loise was held on Sat, Oct 10th 2015 in Jersey City, NJ and raised US $ 4,000 and a mini fundraiser in Edison, NJ the next day collected US $ 1,000.

In all, we were not able to raise the US $8,000 needed to cover all the expenses

We were able to raise US $ 5,000 and there is still a shortfall of US $ 3,000.

Therefore, we are reaching out to Well wishers, friends and all to help us raise the remaining amount of US $ 3,000 so as we can send Loise’s body home to her family in Mitabooni, -Kathiani, Kenya and give closure to her family that has not seen nor heard from their daughter/sibling since 2012.

We are the link between Loise’s body and her Family at home in Kenya.
