We invite you to be part of a very large State-of-the-
Art Cement Manufacturing Plant?
Dangote Group, one of Africa's largest conglomerates,
producing diversified products and rendering services
aimed at meeting the basic human needs of Food,
Shelter and Clothing, is on a rapid industrialization
plan across African continent.
As part of our investment in Tanzania, we are setting
up a centrally computerized controlled Cement
Manufacturing Plant near Mtwara, Tanzania with its
own clinker manufacturing facility.
We are looking for Seasoned, Experienced and
Qualified Professionals in following disciplines to be
members of our Group and grow with us.
1. Purchase Manager/Officers
Qualifications and Experience
Graduate Candidates, Must be having experience of at
least 8 years in procurement of spare parts for
Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & etc. for a
large industry.

2. Group Security Officer
Qualifications and Experience
Recently Retired armed forces office of rank
equivalent to Colonel
====
3. Safety Officer
Qualifications and Experience
Graduate with OSHA Level-II Certificate and having
at least 5 years experience.

4. Head Human Resources
Qualifications and Experience
Management Graduate in Human Resources and
having at least 15 years experience in a senior position
at large manufacturing Industry.

5. HR Officers
Qualifications and Experience
MBA/Graduate in relevant field with 5 years
experience in a large industry
====
6. Quality Control Officers – 3 posts
Qualifications and Experience
Graduates in Chemical Engineering with 5 years or
Science Graduates with 8 years experience in detailed
land survey work.

7. Surveyor
Qualifications and Experience
Graduate with five years experience in detailed land
survey work
====
8. Geologist
Qualifications and Experience
Graduate with 5 years experience in either limestone or
coal exploration work.

9. Medical/Paramedical Officers
Qualifications and Experience
MBBS with 8 years experience and 3 years for others

10. Horticulture Officer
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant Degree/Diploma with 5 years experience

11. Stores manager/Officers
Qualifications and Experience
Degree with at least 5 years experience in a large
industry

12. Logistics Officers
Qualifications and Experience
Graduates with 8 years relevant experience

13. Weigh Bridge Operators Officers
Qualifications and Experience
Graduate with 5 years experience
