ON behalf of the family with deep sorrow we regret to announce the untimely death of our beloved sister Laila Mtumwa which happened in London on the 30.3.2018 in the Kirkstall Avenue of Tottenham in North London ,UK
Around 07.00 hours the UK police was called to a report of a disturbance to this address.
Police officers attended along with the London Ambulance service and found our late LAILA suffering with stab injuries.
Despite the best efforts of the emergency services, Laila was sadly pronounced dead at the scene at 08.11 hours. The police are still carrying on with their investigation. Formal investigation and post mortem. Examinations are on schedule.
The homicide and major crimes command are in charge of this investigation
The husband of the late LAILA ,a 38 years old man a Mr Kema King a citizen of Tanzania was arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder and is currently being held at a North London police station. Mr Kema arrived recently in the UK to be with his wife.
The Police say that they are n looking for someone else in connection with this murder. Enquiries continue.

On the 21st march 2018 Kema Salum who was born 23rdSeptember1979 of Kirkstall Avenue was charge of murder of 36 year old Laila Mtumwa of the same address.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Highbury magistrate court on Monday 2ndApril.
Post-mortem examination shows that her cause of death was given as in incised stub wound to the neck and chest.
The police are not seeking anyone else in connection with this incident. The funnel time table will be released by the family when the body has been handed to them by the police.
Furthermore ,the acussed mr Kema Salum appears in court at the Old Bailey in London un represented because of the Barrister;s strike and proceedings were disrupted .He was remanded in custody.Juge Dhir set a plea hearing for june 20 and a provisional trial for September 24.The accussed Mr Kema salum was accompanied by his solicitor Seona White of BSB solicitors
